Day 5: Your Life Mission

Reading: Matthew 28:18-20; Ephesians 2:10

You were created for mission. Not someone else's mission—yours.

God has uniquely positioned you in your family, workplace, and community to reach people only you can reach. Your mission isn't to replicate what worked for someone else; it's to be led by the Holy Spirit in His power and His way. The mission field looks different today than in Acts 2, but the mission remains the same: help people find healing and purpose in Jesus.

Who in your life needs Jesus today? A coworker struggling with anxiety? A neighbor going through divorce? A family member without hope? Don't wait until you feel fully qualified. Start where you are. Pray daily for the Holy Spirit to lead you, and watch Him work through your obedience.

Today is the day to step into your mission.

I love this message this morning. What a great reminder of how God goes before us and places us in the lives of people and surround us with people who we have the opportunity to help. I was thinking about the man that had to sign yesterday as I was pulling out Walmart. I said to myself, I wish I had money to give him or at least a snack. I believe that was my call to be more intentional when being in the presence of someone God wants me to help.

nMy prayers to do better with listening and also waiting.
