Returning To The Good Shepherd

Day 5: Returning to the Good Shepherd

Reading: Psalm 23; John 10:11-18

Devotional:

Like sheep, we've all gone astray. We've gotten distracted, tried to do life our own way, and wandered from our Shepherd. But Jesus, the Good Shepherd, knows our struggles and failures. He knows everything we've done—and He still invites us back.

"Come back to Me," He calls. "Give up your way and follow Mine." He doesn't condemn our past wandering; He offers restoration. He invites us to experience the greatest love the world has ever known and to share that love with others.

Today, will you surrender your way completely? Will you stop acting like an independent goat and trust your Shepherd to lead? He laid down His life for His sheep. He will never leave or forsake you.

Reflection Question: What area of my life am I still trying to control instead of surrendering to Jesus as Lord?
