Day 4: Ambassadors of Reconciliation
Reading: 2 Corinthians 5:18-21
Devotional:
God has given us "the task of reconciling people to Him." What an incredible privilege! We are Christ's ambassadors—official representatives of the King, carrying the message that changes everything: "Come back to God. He's not counting your sins against you."
When we truly grasp the gift of salvation—unearned, undeserved, freely given—we can't help but want others to experience it too. That difficult coworker, that frustrating family member, that neighbor who annoys you—suddenly, you begin praying for their salvation instead of avoiding them.
This transformation reveals that God has genuinely changed your heart. Your life mission becomes helping others know Jesus the way you do. Who has God placed on your heart today? Pray for them by name. Ask the Holy Spirit to create opportunities for you to share Christ's love, and when He opens the door, step through it boldly.
