Day 4: Trusting Jesus with Everything
Reading: Proverbs 3:5-6; Matthew 10:37-39
Devotional: Jesus asks a penetrating question: Do you trust Me with your life? Not just the easy parts, but everything—your family, your finances, your future, your fears? He doesn't ask this to deprive you but to give you something better. When we hold tightly to our lives, trying to control outcomes and protect what we love, we actually lose what we're trying to save. But when we open our hands and trust Jesus completely, He leads us into abundant life. Imagine your life as a house. Are you willing to give Jesus the keys to every room? Even the rooms you've kept locked? He doesn't want to take away what you love; He wants to be Lord over it all so He can bless and multiply it beyond what you could accomplish alone.
