Jesus reveals a sobering truth: one day He will separate sheep from goats—those who truly follow Him from those who merely claim to. Both groups call Him "Lord," both appear to serve Him, yet their hearts reveal different realities. The sheep surrender completely to their Shepherd's leading, while the goats maintain control of their own lives.
Today, examine your heart honestly. Are you following Jesus as both Savior and Lord, or do you want Him to save you while you still live your own way? The sheep know their Shepherd's voice and follow Him completely. They don't just identify as Christians—they actually belong to Christ.
Reflection Question: Am I living as a sheep who follows Jesus completely, or as a goat who does my own thing while claiming to serve Him?
