It Is Finished
Day 1: It Is Finished
Reading: John 19:28-30
Devotional: When Jesus declared "It is finished," He wasn't admitting defeat—He was announcing victory. After three hours of agony on the cross, Jesus completed the mission He came to accomplish. Every prophecy fulfilled, every detail ordained from the beginning. Your sins, my sins, the sins of all humanity were paid in full at that moment. This wasn't the end of the story, but the completion of God's rescue plan. Today, reflect on what Jesus finished for you. What burden are you still trying to carry that He already paid for? What guilt are you holding that He declared "finished"? His sacrifice was complete. Your freedom is secure.
